Coastal Urgent Care provides timely medical care to both residents and visitors to Pawleys Island. We specialize in treating a variety of ailments including colds, flu, earaches, hypertension, lacerations, asthma, bronchitis, skin infections and growths, muscle sprains, prescription refills, urinary tract infections, sun burns and many others. We have vaccines, including tetanus, pneumonia and flu. We also perform complete work physicals.
Fast and friendly care is our motto, and you are welcome to our clinic. The easiest way to become a patient at our practice and to take advantage of the online services is to create a secure account for our new online portal, FREE. After your account is set up, new patients, please register online to eliminate paperwork prior to your first appointment. After your appointment, you may utilize any of the secure online communications like our Virtual Online Visit for $45 and our prescription refill request for $10! We have EKG, Spirometry, Impedance cardiography, Health Diagnostic Lipid profiles, Diatherix PCR pathogen identification, Navigenics genetic testing, echocardiograms, ultrasound and cryotherapy on site.
Coastal Laboratory is Now Open .Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for all lab work from any provider. We provide drug screens as well. Our prices are the lowest in the county!
